Crafted in Andorra. Powered by Progress.
The SHAN 5 is back — and better than ever. Still the playful, confidence-inspiring trail bike riders have come to love, our flagship gets a full revamp with a modernized design and in-house manufacturing at our Andorran facility. Light, lively, and loaded with performance, the new SHAN 5 reflects everything we’ve learned over the past three years of R&D.
Tuned Ride Quality. Balanced Construction.
The new SHAN 5 features a multi-material chassis that blends the best of both worlds. The front triangle is handcrafted from our proven 4130 MCS CrMo steel — known for its strength, elasticity, and long-term fatigue resistance — while the rear triangle moves to a carbon composite construction.
This carbon swingarm, made using a custom lay-up of T700 and T800 fibers, cuts weight in half compared to the previous generation. The result? Reduced unsprung mass for a more dynamic suspension feel and precise control of frame flex for dialed-in ride characteristics.
140mm of Low-Maintenance, High-Performance Travel
The SHAN 5's 140mm rear travel is driven by our refined R.KTP suspension platform — a clean, single-pivot layout engineered for both simplicity and performance.
Where Craftsmanship Meets Innovation
The SHAN 5 is the first step in our long-term mission to build high-end bikes in Andorra using a unique blend of agility, technical expertise, and next-generation production methods. Every frame is welded, bonded, and painted in-house, allowing us total control over quality and finish.
Fast Looks Matter
Scientific* studies confirm: bikes painted with nods to Bob Hannah and Kenny Roberts ride 20% faster.
That’s why all SHAN 5 frames are finished in Andorra using a solvent-free paint system — performance for the planet and for the podium.
*Ok, not that scientific — but we stand by it.
