If the shipping and billing address are different you will be asked to confirm both, if they are not confirmed the order will not be shipped. Currently our shipping options include using Canada Post. While we try to accommodate your chosen shipping method as often as possible, please note that occasionally we might we use our discretion to pick a more suitable shipping option based on a better price for your location, time frame or package size. In these cases, we may need to contact you via email before proceeding with your order. If you accept the new method, we will be able to provide your new information and refund the difference of your shipping costs.

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days (for web sales only) of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Item's purchased in store have a 7 days to be returned. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please note that specially ordered items would be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you have an exchange for the same item in a different size, colour, etc shipping costs to The Inside Line will be your responsibility and return shipping to you will by covered by The Inside Line.
