Description

The Dominion four-piston hydraulic disc brake has been developed for the rigors of DH and enduro riding. It is designed with a specific lever pull curve to balance on-demand pressure modulation, providing firm engagement between the pads and rotors, and optimized for the world’s most demanding conditions and riders.

  • Low-effort lever input, coupled with high-fidelity power output for optimum braking feel and control
  • Pre-bled and assembled with Hayes K2 hose: The stiffest hose possible for maximum power and control transmission
  • Brake includes two specific pad brake pads, intentionally developed to be paired with the new D-series rotor for fast, consistent burnish, predictable friction rate, and consistency across temperature and speed conditions
  • Both pad compounds are included: Semi-Metallic T106 (standard) and Sintered T100 (wet conditions)
  • D-Series rotors, caliper adaptors and bleed kit sold separately
  • RRL = Regular lever
  • SRL = Short lever

NOTE: These brake levers can be run left or right. The only difference between front and rear is brake hose length, 1800mm for the rear and 1000 for the front. The "front or rear" option has a 1800mm hose.

Awesome brakes! Ive used these for two seasons now and have tried lots of different pad combinations. The provided organic pads have a more grabby feeling but seem to run out of power sooner. The sintered have an absured amount of power but you dont get the same grabby feeling like the organic provides. As Craig mentioned they can be a little tricky to blead, gave it a go but ended up giving it to my local techs to crisp them up.

Excellent brakes, consistent and powerful. Everything you want in performance. Downside is the bleed process is clumsy and not user friendly. There’s two ports on the caliper
so you can bleed each side which is good but you have to deal with trying to get these tiny bleed bolts back into the caliper. The are same size as the lever bleed bolt but trying to get the tiny bolts in whilst holding the caliper up is painful.
