• Train fellow sales team members and provide a friendly and professional customer service experience
• Ensure timely communication with clients
• Enhance floor displays to facilitate a seamless shopping experience by managing effective merchandising activities
• Work with the management team to collaborate on workplace evolution

Compensation / Benefits:

• Salary starting between $45,000 - $60,000 a year
• 3 Weeks paid Vacation

• Maintain and repair mountain bikes and suspension items to our standard under the support and guidance of senior staff and service manager
• Provide a friendly and professional customer service experience (in person, in email and on the phone)
