Evolution of shape

Traditionally, the interface of where the nipple sits in the rim has never been ideal. The Convergence's external shape drives the internal profile. With 7.5° alternating faces, when drilled, it gives the nipple the perfect perpendicular angle with no point loading. This feature improves fatigue on the nipples and spokes, providing unrivalled durability and prolonged service intervals.

The Convergence lineup comes in three lip-to-lip internal widths

Select the desired width to give the optimal tire profile and feel in order to achieve a confident contact patch and greatly improve the control of the bike. Front rims are designed with a 28-hole drilling pattern while the rear one has a 32-hole pattern.

  Enduro Plus — 29" Diameter Only
  WAO's highest volume Enduro Plus rim with Convergence Technology. When you need the most traction, a higher volume rim allows you to lower your tire pressure and squeeze out every last ounce of grip. The increased confidence that comes with from a higher volume Fuse rim allows you to run a wide range of tires from 2.5" - 2.8" without a worry.
