We Are One, based in Kamloops BC, came bursting into the market in 2016. The brand name “We Are One” is heavy on the “We” aspect - the team is the lifeblood of the organization. They take great pride in the craftsmanship that goes into all of their products. We Are One proudly demands quality before quantity.
We Are One is Canada’s pioneer carbon fibre mountain bike and rim manufacturer. Everything from rims, cockpit solutions, and bikes are made in-house. The entire organization believes in growing local manufacturing capability and hopes this inspires other companies to consider doing the same thing.
All of We Are One manufacturing processes are developed to reduce the amount of post mold labour and push the performance of carbon fibre. With a fully equipped CNC machine shop, the team of machinists works alongside engineers to set tolerances, ensuring runout is kept to a minimum.
We Are One team can dream up an idea on a Monday and test it at the races or trails on Sunday. The paramount goal for the engineering team is to push the ability to achieve a new concept for lamination - perfect fiber orientation and maximum strength-to-stiffness characteristics. The brand has an array of carbon fiber rims to offer for all kinds of riding. To bring it all home the company has designed, manufactured and assembled their bike the Arrival 100% themselves.
