If the shipping and billing address are different you will be asked to confirm both, if they are not confirmed the order will not be shipped. Our payment system will give us confirmed address which needs to be shipped to unless there is a emailed request to change the shipping address. Thank you helping keeping our website fraud safe.

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We ship products anywhere in Canada and the United States. We strive to ship your order within 2 business days, as long as the above mentioned criteria are met. When you place an order, we estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected, and destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options. Larger and heavier parcels including Racks and Bikes shipped to the USA may have additional charges.

Our preferred shipping method is currently through Canada Post. While we try to accommodate your chosen shipping method as often as possible, please note that occasionally we might use our discretion to pick a more suitable shipping option based on a better price for your location, time frame or package size. In these cases, we may need to contact you via email before proceeding with your order. If you accept the new method, we will be able to provide your new information and refund the difference of your shipping costs.

Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days (for web sales only) of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Items purchased in store have 30 days to be returned. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. If you have an exchange for the same item in a different size, colour, etc., shipping costs to The Inside Line will be your responsibility as will shipping back to you. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. - All Wearable Items purchased online, Food Products, and Clearance Items are final sale. – New boots/shoes must be returned in unworn, new condition.
